Welcome to Online Filing India (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By accessing or using our website or services, you (“User”, “Client”, “Customer”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Client/User – Any individual or entity using our platform or services.
Services – All registration, compliance, filing, taxation, licensing, documentation, advisory, and related services offered.
Government Fees – Statutory charges payable to MCA, ROC, GST, FSSAI, DGFT, Income Tax Dept., or any government authority.
Professional Fees – Fees charged by Online Filing India for processing, advisory, documentation, or related tasks.
Deliverables – Certificates, licenses, filings, acknowledgements, or other documents generated through our services.
FilingBuddy – The dedicated support executive assigned to a client.
Platform – Website, WhatsApp, Email, Payments, CRM, or any related digital medium used for service delivery.
We provide:
Service list may be updated anytime without prior notice.
Client must provide accurate: personal details, business details, documents, contact information, payment confirmation.
Documents may be submitted via: Website upload, WhatsApp, Email, Secure drive links.
All filings are prepared using information provided by the client; We are NOT responsible for errors due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Primary communication channels: WhatsApp, Phone, Email, Dashboard (coming soon). Client must ensure WhatsApp/mobile availability during service period.
Government processing timelines are NOT under our control. We only guarantee our internal processing timelines, not government timelines.
Payment must be made in advance to initiate any service. Payments are handled securely through Razorpay. Government fees & stamp duty are subject to change anytime.
Upon payment: Order ID is generated; WhatsApp & email confirmation is sent; Document checklist is shared.
Add-ons selected during checkout will be added to total invoice value.
Processing begins ONLY after payment confirmation.
5.1 Internal Timeline Refund Guarantee
We guarantee 100% Refund of PROFESSIONAL FEES ONLY if we fail to complete our internal processing steps within our committed timeline. Government processing delays are excluded.
5.2 No Refund Cases
No refund is applicable if: Client fails to provide complete documents; Client delays verification, OTP, or approvals; Government fees are already paid; Work is partially or fully completed; Client changes mind after purchase; Application is rejected by government due to client misinformation; Delay caused by government / technical portal downtime.
5.3 Government Fees
Government fees, stamp duty, and third-party charges are non-refundable.
5.4 Refund Processing Time
Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 7–15 working days.
Internal processing timeline includes: Document verification, Drafting, Filing, Internal review, Submission to government authority. NOT included in TAT: Government delays, OTP delays, Client delays, Public holidays, Portal downtime.
The client must: Provide correct information; Provide timely documents; Respond to OTP requests; Approve drafts within timeline; Maintain WhatsApp/email accessibility; Pay fees on time; Review filings before submission. We are NOT responsible for consequences due to client delays.
Online Filing India is NOT responsible for: Losses caused due to incorrect information given by client; Government rejection due to client mistakes; Portal downtime or server unavailability; Delays caused by third-party systems; Business losses or penalties; Legal consequences arising from document errors not disclosed by client. Maximum liability is limited to the amount of PROFESSIONAL FEES paid by the client, excluding government fees.
Users agree NOT to: Copy or distribute website content; Misuse tools or calculators; Use our documents illegally; Create fake orders; Use website for harmful or unauthorized activities. We reserve the right to terminate access for misuse.
All content including logos, designs, service pages, tool interfaces, calculation logic, documents, illustrations, branding, templates, FilingBuddy system belong to Online Filing India. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
We use: WhatsApp Business API (Gupshup / 360dialog / Interakt), Razorpay (Payment Processing), Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, CRM (Internal software), Cloud Storage (AWS/S3/Google Cloud). These tools may process limited data based on their own policies.
We maintain full confidentiality for all personal and business information. Data is used exclusively for service delivery. We may share data only with: Government authorities, Banks, Payment gateways, Compliance partners, Cloud storage providers, based on service requirements.
We may cancel or suspend orders if: Client is unresponsive; Client submits fake documents; Payment chargeback occurs; Client is abusive or violates policies; Illegal activities are suspected. Refunds follow Section 5.
This agreement is governed by: Indian Contract Act; IT Act 2000; Consumer Protection Act; Data Protection Bill (as applicable). Jurisdiction: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
Any dispute shall be resolved through: Internal grievance redressal; Mediation; If unresolved, final settlement under Ghaziabad jurisdiction courts.

Online Filing India follows a transparent and fair refund policy. Refunds are applicable only under specific conditions, as explained below. By using our website and services, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
We offer a 100% refund of PROFESSIONAL FEES ONLY if: We fail to complete our internal processing steps within our committed timeline. Internal steps include: Document verification, Drafting, Filing, Generating DSC, Submitting application to government portal, Completing post-incorporation tasks (as applicable). NOTE: Government approval timelines are NOT included because they are outside our control.
The following cannot be refunded under any circumstances: Government Fees (stamp duty, MCA fees, GST portal fees, PAN fees, MOA/AOA stamp charges, DIN/DSC charges, etc.); Third-Party Charges (DSC cost, Payment gateway charges, Courier fees, Notary charges, Shop & Establishment fees); Completed Work; Client-Side Delays; Change of Mind; Rejection Due to Client Error; Government or Portal Delays.
You are eligible for a refund ONLY if: 4.1 We fail to process your request from our side (internal delay); 4.2 No filing/draft/document preparation has been initiated; 4.3 A duplicate payment was made (Refund issued after verification); 4.4 The service was not delivered due to internal technical reasons.
To request a refund, email us at: support@onlinefilingindia.com or legal@onlinefilingindia.com. Provide: Name, Mobile Number, Email ID, Order ID, Payment Receipt, Reason for refund. We process all refund requests within 7–15 working days.
Once approved: Refund is initiated within 7–15 working days through the original payment method (Razorpay). You will receive a WhatsApp + Email confirmation. Bank processing times may vary.
7.1 Cancellation by Client
Orders cannot be cancelled once: Payment is made; Documents are submitted; Drafting has started; Government application has been filed; Internal work has begun.
7.2 Cancellation by Company
We may cancel an order due to: Invalid documents; Fraud; Abuse or harassment; Non-cooperation; Illegal purpose of registration. Refunds in such cases follow Section 2 & 3 eligibility.
In case of duplicate payments, incorrect payment amount, or technical payment errors, refund will be initiated after verification through Razorpay logs.
We do NOT guarantee approval of applications, timelines of MCA, GST, Income Tax, DGFT, FSSAI, or any authority, acceptance of documents, acceptance of name approvals, refunds do not apply for rejections beyond our control.
Partial refunds may be issued if: Only a portion of the service is completed; Client decides to stop midway; Only professional fee balance is due. This depends on the level of work already done.
Contact support@onlinefilingindia.com. If unresolved, disputes will be handled under Ghaziabad jurisdiction as per Indian laws.
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Revised version will be published with a new effective date.

Users are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate information, submitting correct documents, approving drafts on time, responding to OTPs, verifying filings, and complying with laws. We are not liable for losses caused due to user negligence.
Our website may include external links and third-party scripts. We do NOT control these external sites and are not responsible for their content, privacy practices, accuracy, or availability.
Online Filing India, its directors, staff, and partners shall NOT be liable for any financial loss, penalties, interest, delay costs, compliance issues, business loss, data loss, or damages arising from use of our website or services. Maximum liability is limited to the professional fees paid by the client, excluding government fees, stamp duty, third-party charges, taxes, and penalties.
By using our website or submitting your contact details, you consent to receiving communication via WhatsApp, SMS, Phone call, and Email. You may opt-out anytime.

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Online Filing India - Herity International Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us”) and the Business Associate (“Associate”, “You”, “Your”) who collaborates with us to provide business registrations, compliance support, advisory, document collection, and related services. By registering as an Associate, you agree to these Terms.
Associate – Any individual, freelancer, consultant, or firm assisting Online Filing India in servicing clients or bringing new leads.
Associates may be assigned responsibilities such as Lead Referral, Document Collection, Client Coordination, and Non-Professional Services. Associates must NOT perform activities that require a licence such as signing/certifying documents, acting as Auditor/CA/CS, or filing forms requiring professional certificates.
Commission eligibility, structure, payment cycle, and non-eligibility (fake or duplicate leads, canceled orders, chargebacks) are governed by the Company and shared separately.
Associates agree to provide accurate information, collect genuine documents, not mislead clients, avoid overpromising, maintain professionalism, not share documents on unsecured platforms, follow Company guidelines, and protect confidential information.
We agree to provide timely updates to Associates, correct commission statements, marketing materials, assign point-of-contact, process client orders professionally, maintain transparency in lead status, and release commissions on time.
The Associate agrees not to share client data with any third party, not to use Company information for personal gain, not to copy price lists, SOPs, or internal documents, and to maintain strict confidentiality even after termination. Violation = Immediate termination + legal action (if needed).
The Associate must NOT misrepresent the Company, misuse client data, take payments directly from clients, promise illegal shortcuts, claim guaranteed approvals, provide unverified information, or use the Company’s name/logo without permission. We reserve the right to suspend/ban associates for misconduct.
Immediate termination if Associate submits fake documents, creates fake leads, manipulates data, tries to poach clients, asks clients to pay them directly, shares documents publicly, tries to perform professional tasks illegally. All pending commissions will be forfeited.
All clients referred by Associate become Clients of Online Filing India. Company may contact, upsell, cross-sell or remarket to them. Associate cannot claim lifetime ownership or royalties and cannot serve these clients independently.
Associates may use official brochures, approved creatives, and authorized price lists. Associates may NOT modify branding, create their own pricing documents using Company name, misuse trademarks or promotional material, or make their own website using Company name/logo.
Associates MUST delete all client documents from personal devices after service completion, avoid storing Aadhaar/PAN unnecessarily, submit all documents via approved channels (Email, Website, WhatsApp Business), and follow UIDAI and IT Act guidelines.
By Company: termination for breach of terms, unethical practices, client complaints, inactivity of more than 60 days, misuse or fraud. By Associate: exit anytime by notifying us via email/WhatsApp. Effect of Termination: No new leads allowed, no new commissions generated, pending commissions (valid ones) will be cleared, all confidential information must be deleted.
Online Filing India is NOT responsible for errors made by Associate, misrepresentation made to clients, loss of commission due to client fraud, government delays or rejections. Maximum liability = Unpaid commission amount (if any).
We may update these Terms anytime. Updated version will be shared with Associates. Continued association means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
